- The role serves as an HR advocate, providing Associates with a forum to express concerns, modeling Company's service standards for professionalism and empathy in each interaction.
- Manages and processes various HR lifecycle transactions such as pre-boarding, transfers, termination, job, and personal data changes.
- Enters and maintains data in HR Files or systems to ensure compliance with federal, state, and regulatory standards.
- Provides Associates with accurate responses, resource training, and support in problem resolution regarding company policies and procedures, benefits, payroll, and vendor support.
