- We are presently seeking an adept and seasoned Human Resource Manager to oversee our HR operations and empower our team members to reach their fullest potential.
- Supervise all facets of the HR function, including recruitment and onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance.
- Collaborate with department heads and senior leadership to identify talent requirements, anticipate workforce needs, and devise effective recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain top-tier talent.
- Previous experience in an upscale restaurant or boutique hotel environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; preference given to candidates with a Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR).
