- The HRIS Analyst manages, maintains, and organizes human resources information within the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Talent Management systems.
- This position serves as a technical point-of-contact for the Administrative functional area (Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Culture & Experience) and ensures data integrity and efficiency, manages system changes validation, report writing and analyzing data flows to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Designs and maintains the HRIS and Talent Management System in support of the organization’s data management and reporting needs.
