- Manage the daily functions of HR Department in the following areas: recruitment, onboarding, payroll and benefits support, leave management, employee relations, performance management, HRIS maintenance and reporting, and developing and enforcing company HR policies and practices.
- Essential functions and job responsibilities: Manage HR operations and programs including recruitment, total reward, benefits administration, leave management, employee relations, performance and talent management, employee engagement, and training and development.
- Act as a liaison in communications of benefits administration and leave management related inquiries.
- Liaison between RPM corporate and Kirker to ensure HR and compliance related requirements are communicated and met.
- Support payroll/timekeeping process, supply information to centralized payroll team.
