- Our Long Term Care facility relies on the Human Resources Manager works to aid the health and growth of the center through efforts to develop, implement and coordinate company policies and programs concerning employment, wage and salary administration, benefits, training, safety and employee relations in accordance with State and Federal laws.
- Serves as a back-up for payroll as needed, which includes maintaining time and labor system, processing time records, compiling payroll statistics, maintaining payroll records, and calculating payrolls and managing earnings and deductions according to company policy to ensure accuracy.
- Assists with administering company benefits programs such as life, health, dental and disability insurances, 401K, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance.
- Audits often by entering and maintaining data accuracy of records in the HRIS system.
