- As People Analytics specialist at ASML, you will collect, compile, and analyze HR and workforce data and apply statistical / analytical models to derive actionable insights.
- As the key specialist in the US market, you are responsible to translate the US needs to the possible people analytics solutions.
- Role and responsibilities Prioritize People Analytics requests and needs from the local US expertise teams (e.g. talent acquisition and compensation & benefits) and HR line / business partners into practical people analytics insights.
- Create a US People Analytics roadmap with support of, and in alignment with, the global People Analytics expertise team.
- Manage execution of USroadmap, in collaboration with global People Analytics team specialists and US business owners.
