- As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of new HR strategies, employee relations, engagement initiatives and benefits administration, just to name a few!
- Ensure Employee Relations programs are in place, active, and people are engaged.
- Have an approachable personality and follow an “Open Door” policy where employees feel comfortable bringing forward concerns and suggestions.
- Plan and coordinate the integration/onboarding of new employees (equipment, reception, orientation, tours, etc.)
- Ensure HRIS and all employee records and files are kept up to date and in compliance with all HR laws and company procedures.
