- The Human Resources Generalist/ Recruiter will work with the Director of Human Resources and all employees throughout the Firm. The Human Resources Generalist/ Recruiter is responsible for a variety of day-to-day HR management for non-exempt individuals and full-cycle recruiting functions within the Firm.
- Draft and publish job descriptions and ads on job boards, social media, and other advertising sources;
- Manage benefits administration including billing reconciliation, explaining benefits and the enrollment process to new hires, entering deductions in the payroll system, managing terminations and cobra administration, and overseeing yearly open enrollment;
- Administration of Verification of Employments, EDD, SDI and Work Comp earning statements;
- Work with the Director of Human Resources in HR process improvements;
