Also to ensure there is a local compliance to policies, guidelines & HR practices.
- This role will be responsible for full time administrative duties in support of the Leave of Absence team.
- The fixed schedule for this hourly role is 8:00 am to 4:30 PM Eastern Time. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus REMOTE work from HOME Must be able to work EST Hours Essential Functions Managing a full caseload 100+ cases at a time for employees being cleared to Return to work.
- This includes ensuring that company policies around medical clearance and drug testing are followed, communicating with the employee and manager throughout the process.
- Providing full time phone operator support to the department.
