- NEW HIGHER SALARY: $38,516 - $67,404 The ChallengeWe are looking for a skilled HR Leader to coordinate our Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) activities in NCDOT Division 8.
- In this role you will: Administer provisions granted to Division 12 NCDOT staff under FMLA, and all other Leave of Absence programs including Short- and Long-Term Disabilities and worker's compensation.
- Serve as our HR Technician III coordinating the areas of Leave of Absence and FMLA.Perform qualification reviews and salary administration as needed.
- Serve as a backup to the division approver for Personnel Administration and Organization Management actions using the state's Human Resources Information System - Fiori (formerly known as BEACON).
