- Areas of focus include employee onboarding, learning and career development, employee relations/mediation, development and implementation of policies and procedures, office culture establishment and maintenance and overall employee engagement.
- Responsibilities Drive collaboration and development of HR activities, policies, processes, and strategy for your dedicated marketsProvide HR expertise and coaching to domestic staff on all human resource related matters including but not limited to hiring, termination, policy interpretation, employee relations, employee engagement, learning and organizational development.
