- This position will serve as a HR consultant to various client groups while being a member of the HR Operations function.
- Coach and advise on complex, time-sensitive issues in performance and behavior management, talent management, disciplinary actions, policy interpretation, and risk assessment/ mitigation.
- Provide proactive coaching and guidance to managers and employees on a variety of issues including but not limited to: compensation, performance management (coaching, career development, counseling and/or disciplinary actions), employee relations issues, interpretation of employment laws and company policies and procedures.
- Partner with the Learning and Development and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion teams on initiatives to meet firm and client needs and objectives.
- Serve as mentor to lesser experienced HR Operations team members.
