- The Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for managing the implementation and continuation of all human resources policies and procedures for a designated region.
- This role will partner at all levels within the Western Region advising on operational and tactical matters including constructive discipline, union avoidance / labor relations, learning and development, succession planning and safety.
- In partnership with this role's manager, the Human Resources Business Partner will help identify, recommend, and create process improvements which yield positive employee experience, overall efficiency improvements, and defined HR processes.
- The Human Resources Business Partner will report to the Senior Manager Human Resources, Field and Manufacturing.
- In driving towards a "One Austin" approach, implements the delivery of HR policies, procedures, services, and solutions to an assigned region to include but not limited to, talent management, talent acquisition, employee and labor relations, pay administration, succession planning, delivery of training, performance management, diversity and inclusion, and HR Investigations.
