- This individual will implement and monitor programs and policies including Associate Relations, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Management and Immigration.
- Responsible for ensuring all documents regarding immigration cases are updated and filed appropriately in coordination with our immigration attorney.
- Responsible for reviewing/processing immigration invoices from our immigration attorney.
- Working knowledge of multiple Human Resource disciplines, compensation practices, performance management, federal and state employment laws, diversity, organizational effectiveness, talent management, workforce planning and analytics.
- Working experience with associate relations issues, concepts and employment law.
