- Professional certification in Human Resources, such as PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.
- The HR Benefits Administrator performs complex clerical duties following established human resource procedures in employee benefits.
- Administers employee benefit programs, such as group life, medical, dental and vision insurance, FMLA, PFL, Disability Insurance, 403(b) participation, flexible spending account, health savings account, pet insurance, COBRA, and Worker’s Compensation.
- Under the direction of the HR Director, ensures compliance with all applicable state and federal benefits laws.
