- Under the direction of the Chef/Production Manager or the Director, the Cook is responsible for cooking meals and providing food service to patients and is also responsible for both catering and retail foodservice.
- Adheres to Facilitys Emergency Preparedness Program, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards, as well as other mandatory programs in the facility as appropriate.
- Adheres to facilitys Emergency Preparedness Program, to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards, as well as other mandatory programs in the facility as appropriate.
- Responsible for the general order and cleanliness of the kitchen, dining room, and storeroom.
- Transports ice from ice machine to the front end (drink counter) and to the salad counter as needed.
