- Job Description This position is responsible for supporting post-offer onboarding activities such as paperwork, data entry, scheduling drug screen and health assessments, candidate I9 process, scheduling orientation.
- This includes creating, maintaining, verifying, and organizing employee files, I-9s, and other documentation to ensure compliance with all EEO regulations.
- Assist with the completion of the onboarding checklist, while strictly adhering to all employment authorization guidelines in accordance with company and government regulations.
- Facilitate orientation 1-2 times a month based on staffing needs to the location which includes videos, PowerPoint presentations, reviewing policies, document uploads, distributing PPE, and preparing team members for on-the-job training.
- Other HR duties as assigned (scanning, filing, etc.)
