Job Description As a key player in our sales department, you will be responsible for closing high-value ticket deals to our events, ranging from $5k-$40k. This role requires a self-starter with excellent communication skills, and a relentless pursuit of exceeding sales targets. This is full-time onsite Monday to Friday 8:20am to 6pm & Saturdays 8am-12pm - No remote options What We Will Offer You <ul><li> Daily sales training from the best of the best </li><li> Access to all online trainings and development courses </li><li> A never-ending list of warm leads (3k-6k new incoming leads daily) </li><li> Uncapped commissions plus a base salary </li><li> Clear career progression </li></ul>What We Expect From You <ul><li> Previous sales experience as a closer </li><li> Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities </li><li> Ability to work independently and meet daily call volume targets (300 calls/day) </li><li> Willingness to be in office M-F 8:20am- 6pm and Sat 8:20am -1pm </li><li> Excitement to attend weekend events and workshops 1-2 times per month </li><li> Represent the 10X Culture consistently and overdeliver for client needs. </li><li> The drive to do whatever it takes!!! </li></ul>In accordance with the Company’s established pre-employment processes and Drug-Free Workplace program, your employment is contingent upon a negative drug screen and satisfactory background check.
