- Maximus is seeking a Help Desk Technician to provide vital day-to-day customer support and service delivery to the enterprise client technology devices that support transformative environmental and health research.
- This position supports a team of user support staff who fulfill tier 1-2 user requests, troubleshootin g, new equipment, desktop/client c onfigurations, and moves/adds/cha nges.
- Assist in hardware and software evaluation and recommend upgrades or improvements to IT infrastructure.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
- Familiarity with IT Service Management Platforms such as ServiceNow with focus on receiving, completing, and documenting IT incidents and service request
