- Minimum Qualifications Current New York State Department of Health employee with permanent or contingent-permanent status as a Health Program Administrator 1, Grade 23.
- Duties Description The incumbent will serve as an OHIP Supervising Recruitment Liaison to the Department’s Human Resource Management Group (HRMG), assisting with the development of policy, strategy, and goals as it relates to personnel and other human resource related topics.
- Duties will include, but are not limited to: Supervision and Staff Development, Submitting Recruitments Requests in HRMG's Request to Fill Tracking System, Recruitment Project Management, providing guidance and direction to OHIP Division Hiring Managers and Employee Support staff, maintaining Standard Operating Procedures, Tracking, Monitoring, and Analyzing multiple Personnel databases and organizational charts, Bi-weekly Division reporting, and special Human Resource related projects.
