- Under the direction of the Vice President of Health IT Operations, and the Chief Information Officer for Health, the Health IT Service Transition Process Manager is responsible for the design, implementation, management and facilitation of ITIL-based Service Transition Processes across the Health Information Technology, including, but not limited to, technical Change Management.
- ITIL is an ITSM best practice framework we have chosen for UCSF.
- Health IT Operations leads the evolution of how we organize, make decisions, and collaborate to advance the velocity, scale, and adaptability of UCSF Health IT in creating value; we capture, illustrate, and cultivate the behaviors and norms of the overall IT Operating Model for UCSF Health.
- Our solutions enable providers and staff to pioneer care, train the next generation of clinical leaders, and secure UCSF's future.
- Process improvement certification(s) such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Certified Business Analysis Professional.
