- As drivers of this critical work, amongst other things, they are constantly focused on leadership capabilities, organizational design health, and overall leadership and organizational effectiveness for WCIB. In addition, they are responsible for leading and executing the enterprise people strategy, leveraging talent, learning and development, recruiting, engagement, and organizational development strategies.
- The Talent Consulting organizations partner with Human Resource Centers of Excellence (COEs), HR Advisory Services, and HR Strategy and Operations to plan and execute against their charter.
- The ideal leader will have supported a Wealth Management, Investment Banking and/or Commercial Banking organization in a Talent Consultant/ HR leadership capacity, and have an in-depth understanding of the operating model of these business segments.
- Drive and advocate the business specific talent and culture agenda, including talent management, succession planning, leadership development, recruiting, and learning, while nurturing a culture of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion to create a high-quality talent pool and next generation of leaders in full alignment with the broad enterprise and business agenda.
- Develop and implement effective workforce planning techniques by proactively analyzing, forecasting, and planning workforce needs, and determining appropriate talent management interventions.
