- This role will set the capital strategy for the company and is responsible for the quarterly and annual reporting of the NAIC, Bermuda (BMA) and rating agencies business capital requirements.
- Work with various teams within the organization to estimate the US statutory capital requirement (RBC) each quarter, and prepare the RBC statements for 5 legal entities at year-end; prepare the attribution of capital movements from previous periods and present it to the management team
- Prepare annual rating agency surveys for Moody's and Fitch; work with rating agencies and other stakeholders on their inquiries and analyses around rating implications of various company initiatives; organize annual rating agency meetings with senior management team and assist company's management team in maintaining healthy ratings for the main operating entity
- Bachelors' degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Finance, or other related field
- FSA, CFA, MBA or similar designation preferred
