- Working as part of a team, the purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth operation of the Grants Department and its funding programmes.
- As such there will be a strong emphasis on administration using in main the grants database on Salesforce.
- Projects will include the running and updating of reports, updating of dashboards, assisting with grants enquiries, offers and processing of payments, and the organising of events related to our funding programmes.
- End-to-end data management of team functions using CRM System Salesforce, to include data entry, report and dashboard creation, and general record and data maintenance/ cleaning.
- Enable the smooth processing of grant-funding applications and relationship management, through use of software packages such as Form Assembly, Members and more.
