- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of equity compensation programs and make recommendations for improvements or updates based on industry trends, including End-to-end change management.
- Responsible for Internal Training of HR, other relevant teams & the organization's people leaders on equity compensation topics to ensure consistent communication and support for employees.
- Educate employees about equity compensation, explaining the different types of awards, vesting schedules, taxation implications, and how to manage and exercise equity options.
- Assist employees with inquiries related to their equity compensation, including exercise decisions, tax implications, and ownership inquiries.
