- The Kenyon Inn is searching for a qualified candidate to fill the position of General Manager.
- The General Manager of the Kenyon Inn reports directly to the Director of Business Services of Kenyon College.
- The General Manager is responsible for all operations of the hotel and restaurant including sales, forecasting, financial management, human resources, budgeting, team development and community relations, which includes overseeing all operational activities and departments in the hotel and restaurant to maximize revenue and deliver a positive experience and exceptional customer service for the guests keeping guest satisfaction as high as possible.
- The ideal candidate is one that has at least two years of relevant hotel and/or food and beverage management experience, proven track record of excellent guest service, knowledge of revenue management, profit and loss statements, sales, marketing, purchasing and human resources.
