- At this second location in The Shops at Columbus Circle, the menu ramen, buns, and a roster of dishes that change with the seasons.
- will be responsible for continually defining and refining service at Momofuku, as well as working in conjunction with the Executive Chef in making operational and fiscal decisions for the entity.
- In conjunction with the Executive Chef (and/or Chef de Cuisine), making all operational and financial decisions to maintain the health of the entity.
- Working with the Executive Chef on creating, editing, and maintaining Operating and Capital Expenditure budgets
- Work with Human Resources and Director of Operations to establish appropriate staffing pars; Oversee interviews, selection, hiring of all FOH team members
