GA Organizing Director

- Conduct team check-ins with staff organizers, review weekly workplans, and hold supervisees to their individual goals Use data best practices and ensure team regularly updates and tracks work in data systems Conduct weekly coordination check-in with Georgia Civic Engagement Director on shared NDWA + CiA plans Hold joint NDWA + CiA team meetings with entire Georgia staff when necessary
- Develop and track annual chapter budget Work with development team on grant writing and reporting Hire chapter staff in accordance with chapter development plan Complete chapter work plans and reports in a timely manner Complete monthly credit card reconciliations Track lobbying activities and C3 compliance
- Serve as organizational spokesperson for Georgia's chapter work and campaign activities locally and nationally
- 4 years of campaign experience, with legislative campaign experience preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience in grassroots community organizing, with an emphasis on labor organizing, racial justice, immigrant rights, and/or base building
