JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES <UL><LI> Directly responsible to the Banquet Manager/Executive Chef/F B Director the performance of all hourly banquet food and beverage servers and personal representative of the hotel to banquet guests.</li><li> Provides ongoing direction, supervision and monitoring to banquet staff. </li><li> Expected to coordinate all aspect of the room/facilities set-up, including audio/visual and F B so that all efforts are directed toward guest satisfaction, the achievement/maintenance of division standards and profit maximization. </li><li> Perform various other duties as assigned </LI></UL> EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE <UL><LI> Minimum of High School education </li><li> Minimum of one (1) year in hotel customer service role </li><li> Food safety certification preferred </li><li> Alcohol awareness certification preferred </LI></UL> KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES <UL><LI> Ability to provide legible communication and directions </li><li> Outgoing personality </li><li> Ability to communicate effectively verbally </li><li> Team player </li><li> Strong leadership skills </li><li> Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members </li><li> Excellent time management skills </LI></UL> *The hiring process may consist of a phone interview, manager(s) interview, drug screen, background check, reference checks, and potential employment assessment.
