Responsibilities <ul><li> Analyze financial trends and market conditions</li><li> Report on these trends and conditions to inform strategic decisions</li><li> Provide support during the implementation of a new ERP system, ideally with Great Plains / MS Dynamics experience</li><li> Utilize PowerPoint and Excel to present financial data and insights</li><li> Engage with private equity (PE) stakeholders and manage associated tasks</li><li> Conduct cost analysis and manage budget processes</li><li> Handle accounting functions and expense reporting</li><li> Utilize skills in Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, CapEx, and ERP Solutions</li><li> Work on financial planning and analysis (FP& A) tasks</li><li> Support the CFO and CEO directly in their strategic and financial roles </li></ul>Requirements <ul><li> Proficiency in using Adaptive Insights and Anaplan for financial planning and analysis tasks.</li><li> Experience in managing CapEx (Capital Expenditure) is necessary.</li><li> Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning tools and ERP Solutions.</li><li> Solid understanding of Accounting Functions and Budget Processes.</li><li> Ability to perform Cost Analysis and manage Expense Reporting.</li><li> Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field is required.</li><li> Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.</li><li> Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.</li><li> Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel.</li><li> Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.</li><li> Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li> Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.</li><li> Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable.</li><li> Must adhere to strict confidentiality and data privacy standards. </li></ul>Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
