- This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Cuisine at the Fire Fall Ranch Resort located outside of Yosemite National Park. The Chef De Cuisine will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the resort's kitchen, managing kitchen staff, creating menus, and ensuring the highest quality of food and guest experience.
- The culinary team consists of a Chef de Cuisine, Production/Catering Chef, and two Sous Chefs all reporting directly to the Executive Chef. This position will work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager and General Manager to provide a high quality, fresh and approachable culinary offering.
