- The Finance Manager, under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for leadership, development and implementation of financial activities related to budgeting, data management, advising program administration, and processes and planning with a concentration on goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and priorities related to third party revenue generation.
- Under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer reviews, develops and implements financial policies, procedures, and operations of business office activities and third party revenue generation.
- Provides leadership and professional direction pertaining to financial activities to Procurement, Business Operations, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, and Program Management staff of varying levels.
- Assists Chief Financial Officer and Finance staff in the preparation of audits, desk reviews, and financial reporting at all levels including providing support documentation as requested, generating reports, gathering information and delegating related tasks to staff as needed.
- May be granted review and signatory authority during absences of Chief Financial Officer and/or Deputy Finance Director.
