- The type of services shall include small group and individual instruction as directed by the Education Supervisor.
- The special education services provided must be aligned with the services documented in the student's IEP.
- Maintain Special Education program records including, but not limited to, classroom grades, attendance, disciplinary referrals, instructional support, conference notes, special education service logs, and documenting discussion during IEP meetings.
- Document all special education services provided to students with disabilities.
- This schedule must be provided to the Special Education Coordinator in Central Office no later than Friday prior to the week services are scheduled.
