- This Executive Director- level position is primarily responsible for enterprise-wide strategy, design work and ensuring governance for Learning and Development at Kaiser Permanente.
- Collaborates with EBS and IT on the technology roadmap to ensure our Learning Management System (LMS), other learning platforms, LXP's, the use of AI, and new technologies are leveraged consistently and appropriately within the learning organization.
- Works closely with the HR Strategy Team and the ED of Reporting and Analytics to ensure learning data is consistently collected, measured, and used to inform decisions by business leaders across the enterprise.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Social Science, Public Administration, or related field OR four (4) years of experience in a directly related field.
- Five (5) years' experience as an HR generalist or working across multiple HR disciplines.
