- The Global Aquaculture Business Unit (BU) Lead is a key leadership role, responsible for developing and leading the strategic direction for all global marketing activities of the Aquaculture organization, across the biopharma and technology portfolio.
- Reporting to the Associate Vice President, Livestock Business Unit Lead, the incumbent is responsible to lead, motivate, support, and develop the Global Aquaculture team, including influencing the teams within and helping to set the long-term strategy for franchises, defining opportunities and gaps in the competitive landscape, and partnering with R&D, Business Development, the broader Global Commercial Leadership Team and the regions to define and prioritize competitive opportunities.
- The Global Aquaculture BU Lead will monitor closely the P&L for Aquaculture biopharma, the portfolios worldwide and is involved in the planning and management of the Aquaculture business performance in close collaboration with the commercial leaders within the relevant markets (i.e., RVPs, GMs, BU Heads).
- Drive the overall global strategy and oversee the execution of Aquaculture biopharma & technology products worldwide.
- Global Marketing and Commercial Services (GMCS) team, Global Commercial Leadership Team, Species leads, Global Regional Marketing, General Managers, Aquaculture BU Directors, Business Development, R&D, Finance, Learning and Development, Communications, HR, Legal, Compliance.
