- This role will provide administrative support to the executive team and manage daily office operations.
- Under supervision of Corporate Director of HR, advise individuals inside and outside the organization on the executive views on major policies or current issues facing the organization
- Read outgoing correspondence for executive approval and alert writers to any conflicts or departure from policies or executive's viewpoints
- Analyze unit operating practices, such as record keeping systems, forms control, office layout, suggestion systems, personnel and budgetary requirements, and performance standards to create new systems or revise established procedures
- Under guidance of the Corporate Director of HR, issue and interpret operating policies related to office management
