- Facility: Facility Management comprising of Security requirements, Housekeeping, Front Office, Inventory, Compliance Management etc
- Ensure functioning of Security and Access Control Systems.
- Invoice processing/expense reporting
- Others: Ensure compliance to Work Environment Guidelines (WEG) and HSE Guidelines, maintaining record of Health Safety Environment Data for Audit compliance
- Assist with Fire Safety & Health Safety Briefings & Drills at regular intervals, ensure functioning of all Safety, Security Equipment and other office systems / equipment and monitor relevant contracts, any other Admin requirement that may be assigned by Admin Head.
