- The Executive Director of Human Resources serves as a strategic partner to the Facility CEO and other leadership team members, and is responsible for defining, developing, and implementing human resources initiatives within an assigned market consistent with the hospital’s strategic goals.
- The Executive Director of Human Resources will serve as the broader HR liaison regarding HR policies and procedures.
- The Executive Director of Human Resources will report directly to the hospital CEO and works closely with the Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP).
- Works to create consistency of practice in the hospital for all HR policies and ensures they are in compliance with federal, state and local regulations (communicates with the HRBP relative to policy and practice issues)
- WRMC is recognized as a Top 100 Rural Hospital & Community Hospital, Grade “A” Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade and CMS Five-Star Hospital Rating.
