- Lead behavioral changes within the Estimating Team to improve customer experience through improvements in efficiency, delivering competitive and creative solutions while developing consistency and continuity across the footprint.
- Key Accountabilities: (categories or buckets' of responsibilities)Focus on both strategic and tactical aspects of projects, coordinating the day-to-day delivery while keeping sight of the overall project objectives.
- Leveraging Team resources to support organizational needs through strategic daily distribution of project Assignments while managing expected project deliverable lead times.
- Identify opportunities and organize to facilitate training events with the intent to relay information, including but not limited to best practices, process adjustments and improving proficiency of team members (internal and external) and hence memorializing into SOP.Collaborate with management to Identify process improvements to improve the agility of the department/organization and give way to competitive advantage.
- Subject matter expert of company products and practices in various markets.
