- The Support Service Team Member will be responsible for arranging tables, chairs, decorations, and other equipment, and ensuring that the event setup is completed in a timely and orderly manner.
- Reports and coordinates with the Special Event Manager.
- Works with Food and Beverage to coordinate logistical plans for prep, set-up, and show.
- Assist as needed advancing riders and facilitating concerts in the pavilion and pool.
- Completes and maintains accurate pre-and-post event documentation relative to manifests, score sheets, signature envelopes.
