After completing our award-winning training, you attain or exceed your monthly quota by providing dedicated account management and working a plan of email campaigns, cold calling, discovery calls, appointment setting and client presentations.  WHAT OUR ENTERPRISE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVES ENJOY MOST<ul><li>Complete our 12-week paid sales training that won a Brandon Hall Group gold award for excellence in Best Advance in Sales Enablement and Performance Tools.</li><li>Travel and consult with established and prospective clients to develop product solutions.</li><li>Deliver product proposals and presentations to decision-makers and close deals.</li><li>Identify target markets, industries and contacts for a product portfolio and qualify leads by submitting an ROI analysis. </li><li>Request a site survey to determine serviceability.</li><li>Encourage client retention through coordinated efforts with multiple internal teams.</li></ul> WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM ENTERPRISERequired Qualifications<ul><li>Experience: Three or more years of sales experience as a proven sales performer exceeding goals.</li><li>Education: High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Technical Skills: Knowledge of LAN, WAN, high capacity networks and fiber connected networks.</li><li>Skills: Effective relationship building, negotiation, closing and English communication skills. </li><li>Abilities: Quick learner, deadline-driven and the ability to manage change and shifting priorities. </li><li>Travel: Travel up to 70% of the time. The pay for this position has a salary range of $57,400.00 to $113,800.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses. In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $72,600.
