- Seeking an experienced attorney to serve as an employment attorney in the Litigation and Employment Law Group for Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL), managed and operated by Triad National Security, LLC for the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA).
- Practice preventive law by anticipating legal issues that may arise, and work with clients to develop and implement strategies to minimize risk to Triad and avoid costly legal disputes.
- Education/ExperiencePosition requires a Juris Doctorate Degree from an American Bar Association (ABA) accredited law school, being in good standing with the State Bar of New Mexico or another state bar, with the expectation of being authorized to practice law in New Mexico within a year of hire, and at least seven years of legal experience after passing the bar exam and being admitted to practice.
- Education/Experience: Position requires a Juris Doctorate Degree from an ABA accredited law school, being an active member of a bar in good standing with the State Bar of New Mexico or another state bar, with the expectation of being authorized to practice law in New Mexico within a year of hire, and at least 12 years of legal experience after passing the bar exam and being admitted to practice.
- Desired Qualifications: Experience in Personnel and Employment Related Legal AreasTriad engages in a wide variety of personnel related legal issues, and expertise in any other such areas could be helpful to the candidate's application, including, in particular, employee benefits law (including ERISA) and immigration law, although knowledge and experience in such areas is not a requirement for the selected candidate.
