- Act as the Human Resources liaison to leadership, supervisors and employees with regard to employee relations issues.
- Provide on site HR support to all employees consistent with Masonicare’s mission, vision and values.
- The Lead Senior Business Partner will oversee the HR Business Partner team, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives, facilitating effective collaboration, and mentoring team members.
- Conduct employee relations investigations and make recommendations as to the outcomes of these investigations.
- Liaison with outside legal counsel on issues related to employment, complaints, terminations, etc.
