- Position performs employee and labor relations to resolve formal grievances, progressive discipline, performance management disputes, labor relations issues under the partnership agreement (and any agency side agreements), and discrimination investigations and complaints in compliance with federal and state discrimination law.
- Position uses the intake forms, creates case files, and timelines to resolve incidents, and seeks legal guidance from the Attorney General’s Office when appropriate.
