- Collaborate with the Center of Excellence leads (e.g., Total Rewards, Executive Compensation, People Development, Talent Acquisition and Global Giving & Doing) to develop compelling and clear communications around our people strategy and programs.
- Provide guidance and counsel to People program owners on messaging and best practices for engaging employees and ensure that communications align to our People strategy.
- Work with the business people partners to ensure that regional communications takes into account local sentiment, communication norms and diverse audiences while still connecting back to our broader messaging.
- Provide copywriting and messaging support across multiple types of deliverables, including emails, FAQs, presentations, etc.
- 5+ years of related professional experience within a public relations, communications or marketing function.
