- POSITION SUMMARY: The Employee Benefits Manager will be responsible for managing the administration of the company’s employee benefits program.
- This role will serve as the primary point of contact for our employees, vendors, and will lead operational efforts such as new enrollments, changes to employee elections, bi-weekly and monthly reconciliations.
- Processes necessary paperwork and workflow to maintain regulatory requirements such as COBRA, FMLA, ADA, etc.
- Manages leave of absence requests from employees including processing proper documents related to FMLA, STD, etc.
- Monitors unemployment claims by reviewing and processing required paperwork expeditiously and keeping VP of Human Resources abreast of progress in claims.
