- Provides culturally appropriate and unique individual group, and family counseling for clients with mental health and AODA issues as well as other comprehensive services.
- Provides biopsychosocial-spiritual assessment of clients, mental health and AODA therapy to individuals, groups, and families, including children and adolescents
- Manages a case load of clients, making referrals when appropriate to community resources to assist in recovery from AODA, mental health, or physical illness and to provide access to services such as financial assistance, work programs or education
- Provides outreach and behavioral health education for the Forest County Potawatomi Community
- Graduate degree in Social Work (APSW) or current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC); current AODA certification or ability to obtain certification within 1 year
