- Position Summary: The DOT Compliance Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Department.
- Responsibilities would include reviewing, approving or denying applications for Department of Transportation (DOT) regulated, driving positions, based on HCC’s new hire or re-hire qualification policy; oversees all Driver Qualification File (DQF) records and file management, adhering to Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) record retention requirements.
- Would also be responsible for reviewing and approving or denying applications for non-DOT, safety-sensitive positions.
- Additional point of contact for outside vendors providing support to the compliance activities of the EHS department, including Tenstreet, JJ Keller, SambaSafety/Qorta and HireRight
- Assist EHS and other HCC staff as needed
