- The purpose of the Dishwasher / Steward is to transport and clean cooking utensils and service ware in order to provide cooks and food servers with appropriate equipment for guest dining experiences.
- Washes dishes using established procedures; ensures dishwashing equipment is operating efficiently and ensures dish washing products are maintained at par level.
- Remove dirty dishes from guest tables, using proper cleaning method.
- Properly set up server station per meal period; Keep server station clean and clear of dishes, glassware, etc.
- Reports all incidents (compliments/complaints/technical issues) to Manager.
