- Suggest Revision
- will wash and put away all dishes, pots and pans; clean the floors, cooking equipment and haul garbage.
- Work to include any general cleaning needed in food service areas.
- Depending on location, may report to the Assistant Director of Culinary Services, Executive Chef or Sous Chef.
- Sweep and scrub all floors including tray room, employee dining room, storage, kitchen, elevators and loading dock.
- Other duties as assigned (Put away groceries and straighten storage areas, return all chemicals and supplies to their proper places at the end of shift, set up and remove table/equipment for all special functions, etc.)
